@SaturnOOO @Peinture Paix You may like this one :)

I sincerely apologize for not responding to you until now! Even when I try to look thoroughly through my notifications, I always end up missing something. Again, I'm terribly sorry for the delayed reply. You're right though, this song and the band as a whole, all sound beautiful. :lol: The lyrics are dreary, and the sound that the band produces for it makes it almost theatrical. I need to listen to more of their content.

Here's a track from an excellent melodeath band, Aether Realm. Some Fleshgod Apocalypse vibes coming off from this one.

Spoiler

A recent release from the avant-garde blackened death metal band, Imperial Triumphant. A very dense and chaotic track (think Deathspell Omega) with the addition of a live brass quintet that incorporates jazz, which results in a unique sound that's rewarding to listen to.

@Satrie

There's a fragment in the mid-part of the first song that made me think of the phrase "flamenco metal" which I heard some time ago. Overall, I like the song and will try to check out their other releases. The second video gives me the "video unavailable" message (I'm in Poland).

@Piotrek Oh yes, it's neat having the classical guitar playing flamenco. Their other tracks and releases are good as well--reminds me of Wintersun and Equilibrium.

Hm, would this work instead for the second video?

@Fluffy Femme Guy

Somehow I always ignore Opeth. This first song shows that I have to finally dig into it. Thanks for sharing. :)

The second video gives me the "not available" message (I'm in Poland).

That's their first album, and it's really different from the rest of their stuff but still amazing.
Give their albums 'Blackwater Park', and 'Still Life' and a go. 'Morningrise' is kind of a bridge between 'Orchid' and the stuff that came later.
'Deliverance' is also excellent.

And if you want a 'soft' album that's Still incredible, give 'Damnation' a try.
There's no growls or heaviness in it, just amazing musicianship.

The second track is called 'Under The Weeping Moon'. I'm in the USA. Youtube is weird sometimes.

Be sure to look up the lyrics too, really poetic stuff.

(I used to like Dragonland more, but this is currently my favorite song from them, my only small problems I have with Dragonland is I'm not the biggest fan of the singer, but otherwise, they're a great power metal band, also when I got this CD, it came with a complete Japanese translation of all the songs and a sticker, I thought that was so cool)

Lately, I've been listening to a lot of instrumental metal and recently came across this on Spotify. They make symphonic cover songs for mostly video game music, but also some classical pieces and some originals.

If you enjoy Polish black metal bands like Mgła, Blaze of Perdition, and/or Kriegmaschine. Outre should be right up your alley.

I'm not an overly big fan of these guys but I don't mind this song so far:

@XYZ96 "Video not available"

At some point @StupidDream mentioned Ne Obliviscaris, so when today I came across the name again, I decided to give them a try. Impressive stuff.

I can't remember if I've shared a song of theirs in here as well, but Intra Venus is quite a great song as well.
