cavalier080854 Posted December 17, 2016 Share Posted December 17, 2016 I never went to Uni or College, the liberal teachers went on strike for 1 whole year and screwed up my education in state school (High School). I had to rely on vocational education in electrical engineering instead. But over the decades my political views have changed. 18-27 Conservative (Republican). 27-43 Liberal Democrat(Libertarian), 43-53 Labour (Democrat), 53-62 Liberal Democrat (Libertarian). And since Brexit Conservative (at least they go along with the will of the people). Interesting side note, I voted to join the EEC in 1975 (it was about trade agreements and no tarrifs, no mention was made about federalisation of Europe), I voted to leave EEC this year because the EEC is not answerable to the people. However, I have nothing in common with the Libertarian party in the US (we disagree on a large number of issues) Looking at the US, I'd have to vote democrat since they are usually closest to my stance on most issues. Then again, the Centrist party is the only one that I have subscribed to and get regular news updates from, since their anti-hyper-partisanship is dearly needed right now. As part of ongoing Census organization, and in an attempt to keep the demographics of the polls current with the active user base at the time, the polls will last for one year from now on.
