Wow! Thanks for tuning me into something worthwhile & different. This stuff is badass for cranking up in a machine shop/garage while fixing engines.

I gotta explore beyond that little section of awesome tunes from my generation: The Sex Pistols, Queen, AC/DC, Butthole Surfers, Zeppelin...good stuff tho, but nice to hear new for a change:-)

yay, more appreciation!

the original industrial movement started in 70s, and it has much developed until today. and actually it fits a lot that you mention engines and machine shops <3 after all, it's industrial :D

after so long time of listening, I need to say I like Prescription: Medicide much better than Harsh Generation.

both are great, but Harsh Generation is more catchy if I can say so, and Prescription: Medicide is darker and more... haunting?. I can't explain it well, but the darker side of aggrotech speaks to me more :P <3

and yeah, Grendel again. I have seriously fallen in love with this band after all these years.

I remember my first taste of industrial music. I was 14 and I bought a compilation album called Industrial Madness Disc 1. I listened to it for quite a bit

I also bought two albums called The Blackest Album and The Blackest Album Vol. 2. It's a bunch of industrial remixes of Metallica songs. I still have all three of them.

There's also a pretty interesting band called [Cynical_Mass]. They released a double album called M2K2 not too long ago. Side one is titled Homicide and side two is titled Suicide. It's labeled as dance/electronic but I hear nothing but industrial music.

according to last.fm: "dark electro, industrial, ebm, american, usa". just the band name itself is very industrial.

thank you, you just gave me something to listen to :D

btw. google incorrectly labels many industrial bands either as metal or as dance/electronic, but I've also seen indie/alternative

You want more? Then you'll get more. Here's another one I adore. I've listened to it over and over again.

Gary Numan- Sacrifice

It's listed as industrial rock/gothic rock but I have a feeling you'll like it.

Enjoy8)
