WHY does everyone think sex is the most important part of a relationship?!

There will always be a dichotomy between how asexuals see sex and how (yes the majority) sexuals do.  Most asexuals can see that it's important to sexuals, but while it's something they haven't experienced themselves will never understand why. It's the difference between intuition and logic. Logically it makes sense that it is important.
