Maelstrom_17 Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 Hey I'm just curious if there's anyone on here who speaks Hindi, Bengali, or Urdu, even if it's not even remotely their primary language. There doesn't seem to be a lot of speakers of those languages on here. I'd like to compare similarities in vocab, grammar, pronounciation, etc. Link to post Share on other sites

Anyway, let's compare the Hindi/Urdu word to the Bengali word. I'll start by using bread, (which I like to use to compare different languages) which is paruti. Link to post Share on other sites
