It appears to mean masturbation in this context, though as far as I've known it it always meant cleaning up afterwards so, idk.

I have a near-zero libido and I don't masturbate, so I can't really vote.

Anyway, why is this directed solely at those who have a high libido? It could work even for those who have an average-to-low libido and still practice masturbation.

For me. It depends... The libido of mine is not a consistent one, can have highs and lows and have no libido for long stretches of weeks on end. Sometimes be unable to finish, can feel satisfying and often not regardless of how I'm finishing up. It just depends.

Wasn't in the mood to include all as I prefer to rest in bed due to inflammation issue. Without this issue, I would have included all.
