Guest
I wanted to ask a small question without starting a new thread. I think here would work. So sexual, someone would be "hot". Romantic would be "cute". Aesthetic would be "pretty". . Incorrect. Finding someone 'hot' or even 'sexy' is just strong aesthetic/sensual attraction if there is no desire to actually connect with them on a sexual level. Sexual attraction: the desire to connect with someone on a sexual level. Or as AVEN puts it in their official FAQ: The desire for partnered sex with someone else, to share our sexuality with them. Romantic attraction: wanting to connect with others on a romantic level, experiencing romantic feelings for certain people, desiring a romantic relationship with someone, Aesthetic attraction: like what people feel if they look at a sunset or a landscape or a beautiful work of art.. an appreciation for beauty and form, bone structure, eye color.. it's not 'sensual' attraction because it isn't accompanied by sensual emotion, which is the emotion of: ''daaaaaaamn he has gorgeous eyes!''. Sensual attraction is very strong aesthetic attraction, and can also be the desire to connect with someone on a sensual level (kissing, touching, cuddling, holding, with no desire for actual sex)
