Necromancy is a problem in conversational threads because responses to old posts are absurd and potentially disruptive. Informational threads don't do much more than point out things that exist or are the case. This is not invalidated by time and so is not problematic. I’m a very sex-positive ace (most of the time) if people wanna have fun that way, that’s totally their prerogative :) but on a visceral level (I’m less creeped out if) I can understand the desire better if the sex is “empty” because why would you wanna do THAT to somebody you love?
