How sexually active are you?

Okay, we've had threads on if you are a virgin or not and if you are sexual/asexual and what "kind" you are, but I don't think we've actually had a thread about exactly how much sex you do have currently(if any).

To clear up any confusion, let's just say whatever your definition of sex is is the one you go with on the poll.

I myself do not, have never nor plan to have sex, though I do have a sex drive and I do masturbate.

So, 'fess up! What's your story, and what does it mean to you in relation to your (a)sexuality?

I have never wanted to have sex - and probably never will! I'm not repulsed at all, everyone else can do whatever they want. But i've just never wanted it. If I had to scale my interest in having sex between 1 and 10... it would be in the negatives!

I voted something else as i have had sex in the past,while i was with my ex-wife but it was a real struggle for me to make the required effort for sex as i never had the desire for it,buti did it in order to make her happy,i guess i did not do that as we ended up splitting up,but since theni have never had sex and i can't see that changing

Mad Larkin, it sounds like I was in the exact same situation as you but it was not difficult for me to please my ex-wife until the day I finally consented to anal sex. This destroyed me inside and we never had sex again the last four years of our marriage. I voted "never" since I read the poll question as being in the present tense. Sex is something in my past. I don't engage in it now and don't expect to in the future.

Depends on how you define sex. I sexually please my girlfriend regularly, but I don't let her do it to me, so I could vote for both "regularly/frequently" and "rarely/almost never(anymore)"

Never ever had sex, never ever got anywhere close to it. And intend to never have it except maybe if it was truly important to my partner down the road. I'm open to giving it a go in that case somday. But for now, left to my own devices, "never" is definitely the answer. ^^

I'm a virgin and plan on staying that way for the forseeable future. Dunno if I'm asexual or sexual, since I get off to porn and I don't know how to categorize that. I'm definitely aromantic and therefore not going to get into relationships, though.

Yep, I do have sex - at this point it's fairly regular, which is what I voted for. However, it might not happen *every* week - could skip a week. But I'm betting it averages out to about once weekly.

As for what this means in relation to my asexuality - well, I still identify as asexual. ::shrugs:: Ironically, when it does occur, it generally makes me more sure of my sexual orientation.

Who knows what will happen in the future.

my answer to the former would be: i watch porn (mostly foot fetish) and masturbate to it pretty often, so i am sexually active..
