Do you think if someone wants to do playful things that don't involve physical arousal, oral sex or any penetration then that's sexual desire? I'm talking about like someone grooming them, giving them baths, waxing body hair, etc.

Nope. Social grooming is really normal and natural. It doesn’t have to be the least bit sexual.

Intimacy and romance do not necessarily equal sexual desire, though of course there can be overlap.
