Alien_Ash
It popped into my head and I'm wondering.. I don't want to get one yet because I'm questioning evErything (I thought I was demisexual, but now I think I'm grey-ace but idkkk) and even so I'm in the closet and it's likely that my sister would've heard of an ace ring, and I don't want to out myself yet. That's off topic though. Back to my main question: can grey-ace/demisexual/a-spec people (etc) wear ace rings or is that strictly for asexual people?
Lichley
Go for it! It's about recognising people of the same community, so it's not limited to only asexuals. Plus asexual is also used by some as a branch term so asexual ting could be interpreted as ace-spec ring.
Alejandrogynous
Given that black rings are a normal and fairly common fashion accessory in general (literally, anyone can wear them), by all means. I'd also say that unless your sister is very aware of the asexual community, you are probably not going to get outed by a black ring. Most everybody will just assume you're wearing it, like most fashion, because you like it.
A shard of glass
I was wondering this recently... And I think that it'd work if grey-aces and demi sexuals used grey/dark silver rings... Though white rings would look horrible IMO... But I don't see any issue with using a black ring
