A Socialist asking others to respect their private property.  Now I've seen everything.

I didn't ask, and you apparently haven't seen many definitions of socialist.

But this is off-topic.   Back to net neutrality, which no longer exists in the US, so it's pretty much a dead topic.

No, there is a chance to still fight it. Now it is up to the government itself to confirm the FCC's plan or not. That being said, now is the time for the American people to start being active in not only informing others about this issue (people who don't go on the net that much), but also calling their state reps/and congressmen. Also the good new is that currently there are 17 states planning to sue the FCC over this, hopefully more join in.

So the fight isn't over just yet. We might have lost a battle back on December 14th (which was a given), but the war for Net Neutrality is still ongoing.

Basically activist lawsuits from what I've read.

Anyone who files a lawsuit is an activist.  They are acting on their beliefs about a particular issue.

Activism:

Activism consists of efforts to promote, impede, or direct social, political, economic, or environmental reform or stasis with the desire to make improvements in society.

The states whose AGs have filed suit are trying to make improvements in society.

CY, attorneys general are not judges.  Judges are supposed to be impartial.
