Mainly because I'm procrastinating over editing a 2000 word essay I like many in this forum group only discovered AVEN recently and finally worked up courage to post a hi... So hello my name is Sophia, I live in London but am currently studying in Bournemouth. I only really figured out I was ace relatively recently but so much about myself fell into place when I did. Some of friends know I'm ace but not my family or even brother. Not because they would react badly (I honestly think if I was a lesbian they would accept me in a instant), but because I haven't really found the right time to tackle the subject or think they would really understand. I will probably tell them eventually... Anyway on a more positive note I am looking forward being involved in the AVEN community. So far I have never met another ace person (to my knowledge) in person but have loved reading posts on AVEN and feeling the community spirit. Sorry for the long ramble ..... At my house we also have a black cat, although she is very old (17 years). I think an axolotl sounds like a cool and interesting pet. Good luck with your essay and I hope you enjoy your time on AVEN.
