But the waffle batter is already 3 more steps than pancake batter! (unless you use store-bought, but I like to be difficult ) Crispy pancakes, haha, well... the edge is allowed to be a tad crispy, if you make Dutch style pancakes that is. Would probably be a bit nasty with American style pancakes (also... while factory pancakes are suspiciously nicely round... don't trust that either. I worked in a pancake factory for one of my summer jobs - no joke - and it was unfortunately not as fun as you'd think I also couldn't eat pancakes for months, because the overload of smell in the factory totally ruined it for me, ugh ) Link to post Share on other sites
