Things that you don't like that most people do

Usually feels like everything, which is why realising my asexuality wasn't quite as surprising to me as it could have been, but here's a general list of a few things I can remember:

  • Beer/Wine/Chocolate/Tea/Coffee/Spicy food
  • Football/Rugby
  • Smoking
  • Rain
  • Winter
  • Pop Music (and pretty much any music on most radio stations)
  • Fashion
  • Most nightlife stuff (bars/pubs/clubs/etc)
  • Busy places
  • Gyms

overdress. it is one thing to stay kempt  and feel comfortable with yourself and happy with your appearance, but i will never understand why people dress all showy and try to impress others with their clothing and accessories. we get it, you have a lot of money. maybe you should put it to good use instead of buying an expensive watch.

i treat myself with nice things from time to time, but my whole wardrobe isn't full of clothing that i know other people wish they had.

this. I don't know why, but I seek for aggression in music and popular music from the radio is mostly too plain and too gentle for me. (not to mention lyrics that seem to be mostly about either sex or romance, or even both.)

for fashion, I only seek inspiration in alternative fashions sometimes. I don't follow the 'mainstream' one because it doesn't feel that interesting to me.

oh and also. while I find people surrounded by plushies pretty cute, I myself have no interest in plushies at all. I don't hate them, I also find them cute, but they just don't really belong to my interests. I better leave them for someone else.

Star Wars. People tend to get incredibly defensive when I tell them I'm not interested in it. I've gotten so bored during it before that I actually fell asleep, haha. And I love the sci-fi genre, so I'm not sure why I never got into Star Wars. But I don't hate it, and I will watch it if someone else wants to.

A shard of glass

Seemingly clubbing... I don't get the point of it. A loud, crowded room, with bright, annoying lights, stupidly expensive drinks (seriously, who pays £5 for a shot of what might as well be flavoured paint stripper?). People wanting to start fights with everyone they see, people trying to engage in sexual activity with someone they've never met before... It's practically dogging but in a loud, disorientating room...

It's something that I've come to hate, and if I ever find a girlfriend, or find someone who I may potentially date, clubbing will turn them from a 10/10 to a 3-4/10... It's that much of a thing that I hate :/

Sliders (tiny hamburgers)  - just what is the point?

Scrambled eggs.

The taste (or lack thereof) and the texture make me gag whenever I try to eat them. However, most people I know like to eat it for breakfast.

  • Alcohol
  • Smoking
  • Getting fancy
  • Doing nails/putting makeup on (only exception is cosplay.)
  • huge parties
  • sex (sure most of us don't really like that.)
  • turn based games (there are a few exceptions like pokemon but usually I just find them boring.)
  • country music
  • early mornings
  • breakfast (I don't like eating breakfast most of the time.)

...That's all I can think of right now.

I know some people enjoy going to hairdressers etc. even just to get their hair cut. I hate it. it feels like a waste of money for me +  I hate when strangers touch my hair. I would rather cut it myself if I really wanted to.

Ketchup and Mayonnaise.  They are both abominations as far as I'm concerned!

I loathe ketchup. I don't get why people eat their fries with it. Might as well dump a bag of sugar on the fries instead, ha.

- Berries of any kind

- Coffee

- French Kissing (Ugh. Never again.)

- Mustard

- Putting on makeup. I completely understand if people like putting on makeup, I've  just never liked it on my own face. I tried it for a while, but it's just not my style.

-Loud cars.

-Beer. This shocks many. I can't stand the taste.

-Cigarettes. Although the peer pressure to smoke isn't as strong as it used to be. Never saw the practical side of starting the habit.

-TV shows in general. I just don't like TV.

-Alcohol in general.

-Having a house and large property/white picket fence.

I'm happy with a condo. I don't get excited at shoveling everyday. I've lived in a house before and hated it.

-Bragging about notches on your bed posts. This one is self explanatory.

-Radio stations.

-Buying a new car every 3 years. I hate the process. Prefer buying and maintaining my car like new for a decade. Selling it then.

-Lining up for the new IPhones.

-Small talk.

- Summer, because it's so damn hot here (a city in my country reached 59 C° perceived this year)

- Cooking TV programs, total boredom

- Kids, too much noisy and positive/happy

- TV programs about local products, total boredom too and also I find annoying the kind of people who conduct them

- Rap music and/or songs with much swearing

- Drugs

- Wine, doesn't taste good to me

- Cartoons (stuff like The Simpsons, Family Guy or American Dad! excluded)

- Feminine stuff on my body like make-up or nail polish

- Cigarettes

Can't think of anything else right now.

Booze. I actually have an intolerance and it can really mess me up. Kinda frustrated with how people insist you HAVE to like it.

Drugs. Specifically weed. Also have a serious reason for that. Both emotional (bad memories and all that) and physical. Fun fact you can be deathly allergic to marijuana.

On a less serious note though:

Makeup

Shopping in any form

Steak or large quantities of meat (I'm squimish and my mind does bad things when I see it)

Stuff like American Dad and Family Guy

The hell that is Steven universe

iPhones and apple in general

Selfies

Clubs

Harley Quinn (she was one of my favs once but then dc had to ruin her completely and plaster her over everything.)
