binary suns
yup the best way to enact change is by changing our selves. for example, when we go out and buy food that lacks any packaging, or at least minimized required packaging, we do three things - 1) we create one case of an individual who leaves massively less trash than the average 2) we create market demand for goods that minimize packaging, and market demand dictates the success of suppliers 3) we act both as advertisement and as role model for the no-trash strategy for environmental health, one of many strategies that can... dare I say? Change the world!
Anthracite_Impreza
We 'little people' can do very little here; most destruction comes from big corporations and companies, and they're conveniently let off because they pay people off.
