Star Bit
Both. (according to the needed sligh revision of the terms) Gray-sexuals are sexual people who can either very rarely sexually desire anyone, or desire sex under select unusual circumstances in terms of point in time (e.g. only after an abnormal amount of time, only when fetish is present, etc.). Gray-asexuals are sexual people who are effectively asexual (not by choice; e.g. not identifying with own desires, only sexually desire themselves; not the same as masturbation).
