Janus the Fox
Iāve considered this, not possible here, though since I prefer female genitals, some surgical styles so to say can make it look more nullified, than female. Ā Iāve heard that some cisĀ femalesĀ can develop naturally this way, or the porn industries designer vaginas thing.

For asexuals with a high libido who are not comfortable being that way due to the obvious conflict I would highly recommend it.Ā I had my orchiectomy in 2014 and am thoroughly pleased with the results, however living with low T levels (I take injections monthly) has kept my libido low. That said, Iām preparing for male-to-eunuch or nullo transition but havenāt yet decided on the surgical center. Iām not interested in vaginoplasty as eunuch has been my desire all along.Ā

You're right from what I've read, but that is the male menopause or andropause. It just takes place over a number of years instead of the female menopause which is more of a short sharp shock to the body when menstruation stops, relatively speaking.Ā
Albine
On 5/7/2021 at 11:11 PM, This is just to reply to o said: Don't know much about the actual surgery, but for amab people side effect wise, I don't see why it wouldn't basically beĀ the same asĀ vaginoplasty/vulvoplasty, which are surgeries that'veĀ been done thousands of times and are fairly well-documented (or at least more so than Nullo surgery). Basically, what I'm saying is thatĀ the only real side effect it will have on your overall body, in so far as your body will no longer naturally produce testosterone because your testicles will be gone. Ā But as long as you're on hormone replacement therapy (which, if you're a transfeminineĀ person considering GNS, I'm assuming you already are), you won't have many problems with this. You're already on T blockers and Estrogen so your body is basically already experiencing hormone levels similar to what they would be after surgery. If anything, the removal of your body's natural testosterone production will probably be a good thing overall for your health because then you can stop taking T blockers and go on a lower dose of Estrogen, meaning you'll experience less negative side effects from your medications!Ā But beware that your body'sĀ Testosterone levels being at absolute zero (which is even lower than it is on T-blockers)Ā may cause some problems and you may have to take a low dose Testosterone cream or something just to keep everything balanced. Ā If you're a cis man or don't want to go on feminizing HRT for whatever reason, you basically just removed your body's main hormone source and you're going to need to take Testosterone (masculinizing HRT)Ā for the rest of your life when you could have just kept naturally producing it. ThisĀ isn't ideal for most, but if you feel like you really need this surgery and want your testiclesĀ removed so that you canĀ be happy with yourself, I'm not gonna discourage you from going for it! Ā Also I have no idea what the heck the guy above me is saying about nullification removing any aspect of sexuality you have. It won't. Sure, it will probably make your sex drive/libido drop quite a bit, especially at first, and that might take some time to recover and get used to, but tons of transfem peopleĀ who've had bottom surgery are absolutely fine and able to be sexual how they want to be. The only thing that might actually fuck up your sex drive is if you don't go on any type ofĀ Hormone Replacement Therapy after losing your natural T production, which I seriously don't recommend as low hormonesĀ can have pretty bad side effects, especially over the years. Only problem with this type of surgery for anyone is that our bodies need some type of hormones wither estrogen or Testosterone, I you have surgeryĀ you will need to go on some sort of hormone therapy, become very tired, bone density loss and other things. Ā A complete remove just leaves behind a urethra opening, keeping pubic area flat and featureless. Ā Some Agenders want this because theyāre neither male or female or have no preferred sex they want to be. Ā SomeĀ Intersex are born without any male or female features.Ā
