Piotrek
Back in 2006 when Nightwish was searching for a Tarja replacement, I was heavily involved with the Polish forum of Nightwish fans. At some point people started coming in yelling "I heard Liv Kristine singing with Marco! Liv is going to be the new Nw vocalist!". What they heard was this song, and no, it wasn't Nightwish. SaturnOOO
Not really a cover, but this song covers a part of the Swans (another favourite band of mine) song Mother Father at the end. Plus they have the original vocalist, Jarboe, doing guest vocals here. Her scream/wail at the end is totally badass.

(A) & A
Most of what I listen to these days is either best described as "metal punk"... Wastelander - Wasteland Spoiler Bludwulf - Full Metal Warrior Spoiler Children of Technology - Escape From the Danger Zone Spoiler Genocide - Knives Spoiler ...first wave black metal, or something inspired heavily by it. I wonder which version came first and which was a translation. I suppose they wrote the Swedish lyrics first and then translated them

Piotrek
@Hinabi I saw InExtremo live once. Fun I only know a fraction of their discography, though. Also, what's W:O:A?
Hinabi
@Piotrek W:O:A is Wacken Open Air. It's a festival in northern Germany and is the largest Metal-festivals in the world...at least it was until last year...no clue about this year Just asking, because there are many people gathering from different countries every year
