9Lives
When I don't feel hungry, I'm usually sick or very stressed out. I try to eat regular meals, though. It doesn't always have to be something big, just maybe some soup or fruit. Eating stuff I like helps - I try to keep it healthy, luckily I like a lot of healthy things. I also tend to eat more when I'm with friends. Finally, running helps. Run long enough, and you'll eventually get hungry (I'm sure it works with other sports as well). I guess Grandma was right, fresh air and exercise are a remedy for almost anything.
helana12_03
I would make sure to eat 3 meals a day and possibly make an appointment with a nutritionist (but you want to be very careful not to be misdiagnosed with an eating disorder).
