Personally I feel that you can pick whatever label you want. Only you get to choose your own labels. But, if ace doesn't seem quite right for you, maybe gray-ace would work? It's neither. It's demi. Sometimes bi people are with guys, sometimes bi people are with girls. Sometimes demisexuals have someone in their life they're attracted to, sometimes demisexual people go so long without ever being attracted to anyone that they barely remember what the experience was like.
