The male big O Question (Too much Information Alert)

If you look into google results, it seems that female orgasm is more mysterious than the male orgasm,  but the question is why would the female orgasm be more mysterious than the male orgasm? Males don't need to orgasm to ejaculate.

Nor vice versa.

"Ejaculation == male orgasm" is a wrong myth that remains persistent, probably because there's a large enough number of males for whom these two separate and distinct phenomena have, in their personal experience, always occurred together.

It's much the same as the myth that "sexuality == romance".

From personal experience I agree with the above statement.

I'm not entirely sure what ejaculation has to do with it, as orgasm and ejaculation are different things (though they often happen simultaneously for many people)

Anyway, the reason they say the female orgasm is more "mysterious" is that females can orgasm from stimulation in multiple different parts of their vulva (some can orgasm from clitoral glans stimulation, some from labia stimulation, some from inner vaginal stimulation/penetration, some from urethral stimulation/penetration, and some from anal stimulation alone (anus isn't part of the vulva though). Some can orgasm in all of these places, some in some of them, some are limited to only one place. Some women can orgasm multiple times in one sex session, even orgasm multiple times one orgasm after the other. And some can have say a clitoral glans orgasm THEN a vaginal orgasm 5 minutes later. Some females ejaculate when they orgasm, and can shoot fluids out across the room (female ejaculation often looks like a fountain squirting out) .. On top of all that, it can be *very difficult* to make some women orgasm, to the extent that there are many females who don't know how to masturbate nor achieve orgasm themselves, and have never had a sexual partner give them an orgasm. Whereas with a man, generally all that is required is adequate stimulation of the penis for him to ejaculate and/or orgasm. Many women also need to be stimulated mentally and emotionally to become aroused enough to fully enjoy partnered sexual activity and orgasm from it. For many, it's not just a case of playing with her genitals to make her aroused, her mind and other parts of her body need to be stimulated in the right ways before her genitals will react enough for penetrative sex. Females also can have all sorts of issues with dryness or pain as a result of thrush, diet, basic hormonal changes, that can cause pain making orgasm impossible to reach. Some aspects of the female orgasm are so under-studied and misunderstood that they're still called "myths", even today! Many people still believe that a g-spot orgasm is a myth (it's not), and many believe that female ejaculation is actually just a woman urinating (this makes me so grumpy! Female ejaculation has even been banned in porn produced in the UK as a result of the mistaken belief that it's urine coming out). Many don't really even understand the PURPOSE of female orgasm (evolutionary speaking why does a female need to experience pleasure when all that's required is a man ejaculate inside her enough times to make her pregnant?) However they have discovered that the cervix spasms in such a way during orgasm that it "pulls" sperm into the cervical opening, many people don't know this however. They only just discovered in 2009 what the clitoris actually looks like! It's much bigger than they previously thought, around 6 inches in length in most women (the part we can "see" is just the glans and hood of the clitoris)

So anyway, there are lots of reasons the female orgasm seems "more mysterious" in that it's a lot more complicated, often much harder to achieve, and very little is actually understood about it!

In saying all that, the prostate orgasm is pretty intriguing and taboo (as sooooo many people say if a guy wants anything up his butt he must secretly be homosexual - which is offensive and ignorant on so many levels that it makes my head spin. A guy is homosexual if he sexually desires men, it has nothing to do with whether or not he enjoys the feeling of anal stimulation!) ..Anyway, that's quite a mysterious aspect of the male orgasm that I think many men - and their partners, would benefit from exploring more thoroughIy :D

Because, sadly, females need even less to orgasm in order for men to ejaculate.

The female orgasm seems more mysterious because for most of history there was no research done on it. Most early medical professionals doubted the existence of the female orgasm, anatomy diagrams of the female reproductive tract from earlier times left out the clitoris completely. You can't see when a female is erect but a women's vagina actually lengthens and widens and the cervix moves out of the way to add more length when sexually aroused. Most women don't ejaculate because they confuse it with the feeling of having to pee and hold it back and most men don't know how to orgasm without ejaculating. But ejaculation and orgasm really are two different things.

Mysterious? I guess, for most women, there are many things that has to be in place/order if the woman is going to have an orgasm. It is also about being in the rigth mindset, and not only the stimulation. Many women have a difficulty comming, if the surroundings are not in harmony. Like an unfinished quarrel, loan not payed, dishes not done. So a good tip for the sexual guy who wants to be with a sexual girl, is to do the dishes first. It is typically easier for the guy to get to that mental place, where an orgasm is possible. Often just stimulation. But a good tip for the sexual girl is to have sex first, and then he will muster the energy to clean your dishes or help with the other things which need to be done. Kind of silly, rigth?

since ejaculation and erection on a man is very visible, and often the womans bodily signals are harder to "read", she is mysterious!
