Do sexual people who lose their libido still experience sexual attraction?

So sexual attraction and libido are 2 seperate things. Some people who identify as asexual still have a libido and I've read posts on here by asexual people who have high libido. Since they are 2 seperate things is that the case for sexual people? Can they lose their libido but still feel sexual attraction?

I lost sexual attraction, but still have a libido. And yes, they are separate thing. One has more to do with the higher level brain function(sexual attraction), and the other has to do with the lower brain function (libido). Libido is like sleep, you have zero control over it and there's no level of rationalization. Sexual attraction is somewhat rationalized, but you still have no control over it.

I experience it every once in a while or rarely even though my libido is pretty low now. My libido fluctuates, but I find that when I have a high libido, I may experience sexual attraction much more. My libido heightens greatly before or at the start of my period and I find myself sexually attracted to people more so than when I am not on my period. On a regular day though, I can find people attractive, but it's not really sexual. Even if I feel slightly aroused by a person, I don't feel like sexually engaging with them. I feel sensual, aesthetic, or platonic attraction.

I talked to my mum about this, who's a heterosexual woman on medications that have plummeted her libido. She still wants to have sex with my dad even though she has a nonexistent libido and the medications can dampen orgasms, or even prevent you from having them. She still comments when she finds men sexually attractive. She would be upset if my dad and her didn't have sex for a year.

Whereas I have a libido, I experience arousal, I can achieve orgasm, and I do not find people sexually attractive, I can go years without having sex and it not bother me in the slightest.

I feel like I have some level of control over my libido.
