ben8884
Sooooo I don't masturbate and I am not keen on...nocturnal emissions but obviously my anatomy shall we say...produces stuff. I am wondering if there is anyway I can deal with this without masturbating or nocturnal emissions.
nanogretchen4
I seriously doubt it. Your reproductive system is functioning normally on a basic physical level. I don't think there's any way to stop it from functioning normally without serious side effects. It's like being repulsed by digestion or excretion. I can understand thinking it's not pretty, but from a medical standpoint we probably don't want to stop it from happening.
eiko
My tip would be to take care of it in the shower, and view it as a part of cleansing your body. That way it doesn't have to be sexual, just a form of relaxation.
if-indeed
Unfortunately if you don't do it on purpose, it's gonna happen in your sleep. I have read that if you do it with some frequency for awhile and then stop doing it, nocturnal emissions often stop happening. So that could be something to try, if it doesn't repulse you.
