faisal6309
I identify as asexual because I don't feel any sexual attraction toward anyone. But I have a problem. I get boner all the time. It is not because I am thinking about something related to sexual. It happens all the time without my consent. I remember when I once got a boner during a job interview. I got a boner while I am busy in office. I got boner watching horror movie on my mobile. It just keep getting hard. I close my eyes and aggressively say "go down, I don't want you". It works most of the time. But sometimes, it is real pain for me. Is there any explanation for it?
Guest
I know quite a few ace guys who get that. I think it's just a normal guy thing to be honest that many men experience. I get the female version of it heh, it's super annoying. All it is, is the hormones in your body doing what hormones do. Even little babies get erections and they obviously don't want sex with anyone. It's just one of the more unfortunate parts of being human sadly Y_Y
One Winged Angel
Yeah, it can be annoying at times. It's just our bodies working they way they should do though, blood flow and all that kinda thing. Try to consciously will it to go down, as hilarious at this feels to type...but it might work, who knows.

nanogretchen4
The Oh Joy Sex Toy website has an educational comic about hiding awkwardly timed boners. Fair warning, the site has small pornographic comics and photos in the margins, so avoid if repulsed.
touching-not-so-much
Just think about this the next time it happens.

I assure you this is very normal, there is nothing wrong with you and is actually a good sign that you are healthy. They are called Spontaneous Erections and will decrease in frequency as you get older. To put it simply, when boys reach puberty your hormones essentially activate the organ that is designed to have sex, letting you know that you are ready to reproduce (biologically). I will tell you that there are ways to get rid of it, one way is to set a regular cycle of masturbation, the frequency of which is dependent on your libido, or you can simply think of things that are basically the last thing that would be sexually arousing to anyone at times when you get an unexpected or unwanted erection ( Thinking of reptiles, snakes specifically, works for me, as I am terrified of them). Nidwin
It's perfecly normal, no worries. The most annoying "experience" I had in the past, is when that thing went up just before having to go to the toilet.
