But it was taken by many coal workers etc that she didn't want them in their jobs. Is it factual? No. Does this excuse Trump for lying? No it don't. But it do show that it was one of many statements where she lost the support of the working class. And she didn't manage to get her point true, the rest of the statements. Only that they were to lose their jobs. And it contributed to her losing support

but that  isn't the same as in your words that "Clinton basically bragged about how many in the coal industry were to lose their jobs"

Conspiracy theorists on the internet isn't representative. I think you would understand it better when looking at rural US, that Republican voters are loyal and that Clinton basically bragged about how many in the coal industry were to lose their jobs. Big surprise the traditional blue collar voters who were loyal to the Democrats went over to the Republicans instead.

Yes about how proud she is they lose their jobs. So that they can get into green industries. What came across, however, was that she was proud of getting rid of coal jobs, and not the rest. So many percieved it as her being hostile to their industry. Top that with Trump selling himself as the saviour of that industry, and Clinton their enemy.

With Tim Kaine she announced she was going to make lots of coal workers unemployed. And failed to get her point through that she was going to get them into green energy. But instead of taking self critique in "What Happened" guess what she did. She blamed Obama. According to herself it was Obama's fault this became a topic, and his fault they lost West Virginia.

And that was a recurring theme not only during the election, but also before that she is unwilling to admit faults. That she can't see that she can make errors. So in "What Happened" She blame misogynists, the media and Obama. They "happened" to lose her god given right, as it seems she may believe, to become president. But it was never her fault. Don't dare to insinuate she made errors, to do that is heresy.

Wait, I thought this thread was about "Master" Trump...

The man who spent much of the past week stirring up his rage against athletes peacefully exercising their freedom of speech and protesting police brutality. That, after he couldn't bring himself to really speak out against white supremacists recently. When maybe he should be spending more time and effort on things like hurricane relief in Puerto Rico (did you know it's in a big ocean?), where millions of American citizens are in need of aid (did you know, Mr. President, that Puerto Rico is American territory?).

The man who is trying to stir up trouble with North Korea, with petty name-calling.

The man who wants to cut taxes to the wealthy, including himself, while raising taxes for some less wealthy people.

The man gets into tizzy fits when things don't go his way and who has more temper tantrums than some toddlers.

I was listening to former new York giants player osi umenyiora. He said it best that there is nothing more american than an act of protest against those in charge because acts of protest is what created america.

On the flooding, trump even in august had signed an executive

Be order that would increase likelihood of severe flooding in places

Former foreign disaster assistence chief on this called trump's response on it malpractice

While trump seems to be more interested in trying to have a twitter feud with San Juan's mayor.

Let's see...

Did you know Puerto Rico is an island? Surrounded by water? Big water. Ocean water. DT complains that the Puerto Ricans want the federal government to do everything, so DT dedicated a golf trophy to them (and Texas and Florida?) and went to Puerto Rico to toss t-shirts (correction - tossed rolls of power towels) at people. Did he complain about the Texans and Floridians wanting Federal aid? Isn't that what FEMA is for?

Gun violence is out of control in the US, but what is the Orange one saying about that? Or, more to the point, doing about it? "Thoughts and prayers" aren't of much use if they don't do anything about the gun control. Instead the Republican congress is talking about easing restrictions on things like silencers and armor-piercing bullets?

Undercutting his Secretary of State by publicly tweeting RT is wasting his time?

Or are DT and his supporters going to claim this is all "fake news"? That people are being told by the Democrats that they have to be mean to him?

It all makes me sick.

And in Puerto Rico he apparently threw paper towel packages at a crowd of people.  I can't fathom why anyone gave him those towels for him to throw.  Does he not have anyone around him who has at least a modicum of intelligence to keep him from doing such stupid stuff?  It's well-established that HE doesn't have that modicum of intelligence.

Literally everything he did in Puerto Rico was disgusting. He minimized their tragedy and blamed them for 'messing up his budget'

I've been travelling for a couple of days, so I have only just managed to catch up... holy shit  is there anything this administration doesn't screw up? Trump is like an intern who gets shown around the company to see and touch all the cool things, but then goes to play golf while the grown-ups try to handle all the actual work. Maybe that's for the best though, just imagine him actually doing something. So glad to see him having fun playing baskettowel...

Sorry guys, gotta go and buy a house, a boat and a car with the $1,000 I just found on my bank account.

Betsy can suck my ass.  Suck my raging gay ass.

My school just sent out emails about a small little training program every student has to do, because someone on campus was attacked while running.  The school itself was concerned about the recent sexual assault reinstatements and is trying to make do with the new policies, mainly because they didn't want these new policies to affect the environment and I feel their response is appropriate.  Thankfully, the victim who was attacked got away and no harm was done to her, but it could have gotten worse.  My school town in relatively safe and I feel really comfortable walking around here, but now I don't know if going for runs at my usual times is worth it at the moment.

I bring this up, because even a school like mine, a very liberal school who values its student body and has virtually no crime, is susceptible to this shitstain of a policy.  I don't care about your political associations, I don't care if you're a Trump supporter, I don't care if you're a damn socialist, Betsy needs to gtfo.  What a giant, raging cunt of a human being.  This is disgusting.

From what I read of it, Betsy seemed sympathetic to rape victims and was concerned that the policies Obama put in place weren't doing enough, which is fair and good, but how about don't replace a fucking policy with a policy that sympathizes with the minuscule change that someone was wrongly accused.  I don't see how this change is any better.  Obama's system had some flaws but at least they took accusations seriously and made sure that the rape victims were heard, because rape is kind of a big deal and more often than not the victims of assault are the ones blamed.  Yes, there are a very small amount of people that were wrongly accused of rape, but to throw out the whole policy all together because of a few isolated cases just does not sit right at all.  Unless I'm mistaken, but at this point I'm not even that shocked about what's happening anymore.

I think the phrase was "f***ing moron", but maybe that doesn't fit well on a baseball cap...

Yeah, I think the statement that he has Trump's full confidence should be a warning sign that he's probably on his way out. :P

I might if she weren't in a prominent position of power. But because of her current standing I merely resent her even more.

We thought the paper towel toss was ridiculous. Apparently he also wanted to toss cans of chicken after that! At least some of the grownups apparently told him no.

(another true story that would've looked like satire a couple of years ago) :(
