R_1 Posted April 16, 2016 Share Posted April 16, 2016 As far as I know, there does seem to be only one case where a person has taken medicines and his orientation was completely altered since, but I don't have any follow-up case to that. Strokes on the other hands has a bunch more cases and claims in medical sites involving individuals whose orientation was permanently altered, but the most common direction is hypersexuality to asexuality rather than directed sexuality, but changes in directed sexuality isn't unheard of. I suppose medicines can alter one's orientation if it seriously affected the brain to the point where you could say the medicine was damaging some wires, but I find it unlikely, but not impossible in theory.
