so I am mtf. After starting hrt (4.5m) I don't want to have sex,I don't want somebody touching me at all. I am fine with masturbating tho it feel really weird after it tho. My liabo has really dropped a lot and even my desire to masturbate is not even really there. (Same with pre hrt it all felt weird but I still did it) Now I am wondering could this all be due to my genital dysphonia or what?

Only you have the right to call yourslf asexual, but here are a couple of things to think about:

1) libido is vastly different from sexual attraction. A tumblr post, one I can link to, very consisely described the difference. Libido=body says NOW. Sexual Attraction=Body says THIS ONE.

Your drop in libido could be due to HRT, but, that has nothing to do with asexuality.

2) You mentioned that before HRT, masturbation was weird. I am no expert on this whatsoever, but that could be a sign that you are sex averse, meaning that you are uncomfortable with the idea and the physical act of sex/foreplay even. Again, this is not related to sexuality. You can be sex averse and hetero, homosexual, bi, pan, grey-A, all possible. On the flip side, you can also be an a sex-positive asexual, or an asexual with a high libido.

Only you are capable of determining your sexual identity, but hopefully I've given some useful advice

I agree with Mardakaisson. It's all up to you and how you feel about it, in the end. It might take a while, but you'll figure it out eventually. I wouldn't stress over it, especially since you are undergoing HRT your body is changing, so you're going to feel differently, sometimes. It really just depends on your experience with it.
