vertically challenged
So, i have just recently gained a boyfriend and ive nver felt romantic or sexual attraction until a week after we started dating. I started having confusing dreams and conflicting feelings. Ive felt sexual arousal once or twice but never exactly felt the need to act upon it with /him/ oddly just with myself. I don't intend on having sex with him, at least not yet. So im confused as hell as to what sexuality i am. I used to consider myself biromantic/ace but now im so confused and i dont even know anymore...please help me find an answer ~Bri (15♪)
Lost247365
Hi Bri, Getting aroused by itself does not mean you can't be an asexual. This is especially true if it only happens in dreams and not in reality. But, in the end, it is your identity/orientation, and only you get any say in it. So simply identify as what makes you comfortable. If saying you feel like you are an ace feels right, then identify that way. If it doesn't, try out some other identities. Maybe, saying you are a gray-A would feel better. Either way, if you find you were mistaken you can always change it without penalty. Go with what feels right to you for the hear and now and don't worry too much.
Star Bit
Myabe Biromantic Demisexual? Or Gray-A if it's rare or not bond related. Sexual attraction is the impulse/urge/compulsion to have sex with a specific person; to do genital involving things to their body. Do you have that or just arousal?
