Thanks to anyone who wishes to help. Going from the page you linked and assuming you don't mean the comments, I think they mean the urge to have sex with another person. I think what they mean is seeing someone that is "attractive" to you and feeling like you would like to "make love" to them. I would imagine a sexual person would try to address it by going up to the person and trying to seduce them ultimately resulting in them having sex.
