I don't think it makes much of a difference.. I think manual stuff is more easily "precise".. I'm not asexual, though, nor celibate.. So I don't think I'd view it as any kind of replacement or whatever..

Due to personal reasons I don't really think I'm comfortable using anything.. I'd kinda like to, though.
