BREE0023
I have a problem. For a while now I have been trying to figure out where I belong. I thought that I was A sexual but now I am not sure. I am a woman and I do find some men " attractive" as in I think that they are good looking, but I have no desire to have sex with them. I have desire to be in an emotion relationship but not a physical one. I don't know if any of this is making sense. SOMEONE PLASE HELP
TheLeafBunny
It would sound to me like you are asexual, but ultimately you need to answer that question yourself because only you know how you feel. Some asexuals feel an aesthetic attraction to someone (finding a person good-looking but not wanting to have sex with them), and many asexuals will want a romantic relationship on an emotional, non-physical level as well, which might explain your desire for an emotional relationship. But you might also be aromantic, depending on the nature of the emotional relationship you want (some aromantics will have queer-platonic relationships that are not necessarily romantic). 123cosmo
I basically feel how you do, i do find some people better looking than others but in no way would i feel sexually attracted to them. Maybe personality attracted (i guess) i do consider myself asexual. I hope this helps but ultimately only you can know for sure :)
Archon
I'm asexual and I still know when someone is good-looking. For me, it's the same as being able to tell when a painting is pretty, or if a cat is cute. Both the painting and the cat are aesthetically pleasing to look at but I don't want to have sex with them. So you can be ace and still appreciate good-looking people.
