the bumbling rotifer
Hello all, If you've been watching Russell T Davies's LGBT drama "Cucumber", or even if you haven't, you may be interested to hear that the series has an online factual sister series called "Tofu". The third episode interviews people who don't have sex. Some of the interviewees would like to have sex, but others wouldn't, and one identifies as asexual. It's probably never going to reach a wide audience, but any visibility is good visibility :) The programme's website is here: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/tofu. It's on 4oD, for those of you who are in the UK.
FiSci
I love Banana and Cucumber, but I completely forgot about the third show! I must go and watch it, now.
dissolved
I meant to post something about this when I first saw it, so thanks for doing it more eloquently than any of my attempts ^_^
Katy39
I saw the same programme. Was really pleased they included an asexual.
ioutea
Same as FiSci, I watch Cucumber and Banana, but forgot about Tofu. I'm definitely going to watch it. Also, it's important to, sort of, appreciate that representation, even if it's in something as small as Tofu :)
