Feeling bashful happens no matter the orientation...right?

I've noticed that with desires for physical affections with women (I'm female) I would feel less shy about it.

But I want it with a man too, except the man's eyes and smile and hands would make me feel more /bashful./ Especially knowing if things got really serious, it could progress to sexual things, and that would seem more real to me with a man than a woman. And men and women do not have the same parts.

Does this make sense to anyone?

If something means more to you--if the stakes are higher for you--it could make you bashful. This kind of reaction isn't a solid proof that your orientation is a certain way, but you could use these feelings as one piece of it as you explore your orientation.
