I have a half arm sleeve and plan to get my whole sleeve soon and my other sleeve as well. I think I might tattoo my entire body eventually XD. Tats are cool when they are meaningful.

You can't really see what the tat is about from this angle but it's an angel ripping the heart out of lucifers chest. and The quote on my forearm reads "Blood makes you related, Loyalty makes you Family"

I have five currently, love them on myself and other people andstill planning on getting more. My mother is afraid that I'll become a human coloring book, which is kinda what I want. Lol. Some of mine have a lot of meaning for me, others I made a split second decision and just love the result.

I like tattoos and have a few. I'm thinking of another one but it has to wait a while until I make up my mind on what to get. I think sleeve tattoos are really cool, probably because they're so painful, they take forever to do, and it's a mark of real dedication because you can't back down once it's started... like, once you're in that chair, you're there until they're done with you.

I find having one or two tatoos attractive. However too many just seems gross to me. :/

I find them interesting and I do intend to have a tattoo(s) done on me once I complete a drawing that I am fully satisfied with. :]

I really like tattoos. :) I don't know if I'd get one, since needles freak me out, but I think they're such a cool art form. Plus, most tattos have a story behind them, and I think it's a really awesome way to display that.

If I had the $ I would want tats. * A* I think they look quite awesome.

Love them and have them! I have three! Well. Two "professional" ones and one that I am working on myself. I love the whole "stick and poke" look. I'm doing a mini scene on my thigh. But I will slowly get a sleeve.

I'm an artist so when I look at a tattoo I always look at from an Artists point of view. That being said, I personally do like tattoos, it they're done in the right way.

I won't have more than ten for sure though! My mum and I have already discussed which ones I want, and if I'm allowed to get them :D

I love tattoos on others and myself as well. I currently have two (one on my shoulder, one in the center of my back) with plans for several more. The shoulder one I'm really proud of - I drew myself. Ideally I'd have a half-sleeve, but due to my career choice it isn't going to be possible for a while. Oh well. I can get the rest of them though because they're going on my back!

The face and neck are definitely no-go areas on both myself and other people. Everywhere else though is up for grabs.

With 9 tattoos, I'm into them, but I don't quite understand getting them anywhere from the neck up. Not that I'm knocking anyone who has them. I just don't get them.

*Going off topic (Sorry), I've never understood those huge earrings that make large holes in the earlobes )* **Again, no offense to those who have them**

I have 13 tattoos and still going! ^_^

I've got plenty of ideas for the future. Would love one to represent asexuality but I have no ideas for it yet :D

I'm not aesthetically attracted to stuff unless it relates to people I love. However, my ex-partner did get about 2-3 nerdy tattoos, like the Zelda triforce. I thought that was cute, because it showed that he was enthusiastic about those stuff. He also claimed that he liked tattoos because he loved the idea of having the power to change your body permanently.

He also asked me for a tattoo suggestion to remember me by, which was pretty nerve-wrecking for me. I was contributing to getting him a design that he'll have to have permanently. Though it was sweet of him, looking back.

I don't have any tattoos myself, but have nothing against them, I only don't like the idea of doing it because everyone else is. I don't discriminate against people based on their appearance, and therefore would treat someone who has their whole face and body tattooed with as much respect as someone who has no tattoos.

I don't have any plans to get one, but am not absolutely excluding the possibility of getting one in the future. If I did, it would be discrete (like, under my shoulder) and would probably get something expressing some of my political views, but let's not go there on these forums. Reasons why I would hesitate to get one include possible health concerns, the pain (yes, the pain too, sue me), and the fact that I pride myself on not going with the crowd, and tattoos have become something of a trend in recent years.

On a purely esthetic level, I like cute tattoos on girls (and have in the past drawn pictures of tattooed women), such as dolphins, compass roses, butterflies, Celtic knots, nice logos, little flowers. I find good places for them to be shoulders or upper arms, wrists, midriffs, the back, a small one on the breast, okay, on the butt cheeks too, though that will usually be more concealed. I really like a little tattoo worn on the back of the neck and visible when the hair is put up. Okay, so what don't I like so much? Though I don't want to say I couldn't necessarily live with it, I don't really like sleeve tattoos or large tattoos on the leg (I'm a leg person. I like to see the skin), or, quite frankly, really large tattoos in general. I also don't care for those tattoos right above the tailbone (I don't like the fashion of low-rider pants that accentuate that area) or for little wings on the back (I don't like the motif of angels or the combination of wings and a person. I've always found it kind of morbid). Or tattoos on sensitive areas or places with thin skin (e.g. around the jugular vein, on fingers, around the nipples).

Please point me in the direction of countries where tattoos have become "trendy" and everybody's getting them, because here meeting people with tattoos are few and far between. Where I'm from I just get met with stares and every now and then someone will tell me they never realized tattoos can be so artistic/beautiful. I do pride myself in choosing great artists and I can be a bit of a tattoo snob though. :P

I love tattoos! I have one myself that I love.

They're from a song called The Fall and the Need to Be Free by River City Extension.

I have a very long history of chronic depression, that started when I was eleven.

I felt that these lyrics were written for me. They've been a constant reminder that I can push through whatever I may be going through.

Without them, I wouldn't be recovering from depression today.

I like tattoos in general, and I do really notice them on women, especially sleeves or other tattoos that are different from the cutsie "buttlerflies on ankles" type. I've got a couple very large tattoos myself, and they are in the process of being tied into one very large piece that will cover my entire back. For me personally, I don't show off my tattoos even though they have extremely deep meaning to me. I need to be able to put up a good show in the corporate world, so I keep all my ink hidden, but there's something about seeing a full sleeve on someone that I just really get a charge out of. Same goes for piercings, but I'm way pickier about what I find alluring in that area.
