Both can coexist and have different "labels" attached. So, I would say, yes, you can most definitely be a Panromantic Gray-Ace. :) We have two forums which you may find beneficial: The Gray Area, Sex and Related Discussions forum and the Romantic and Aromantic Orientations forum.
