OneMoreTime Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Haha, My reaction when I first discovered my asexuality a couple of months ago. Glad I discovered it though. The more I've learned about asexuality the more I realized it described me. It made me happy to see that my feeling were normal and helped me understand a lot about myself. But it wasn't until recently when I was being faced with explaining it to a friend of mine that I realized that I still have so much to learn. It's made me appreciate this site so much more. A little about myself: I'm a part-time college student studying to become an Illustrator. I love art and it's many forms. I can be shy when it comes to starting a conversation others but once I get to talking I'm an unstoppable chatterbox, lol. I'm an asexual looking for a better way to confidently describe myself as well as asexuality to others. I don't feel the need to spread around that I'm asexual and only bring it up at the inquiry of others. It's one of the reasons I love this site. Some of my hobbies include reading, anime. card games, and learning. I know, such a nerd. I promise you, I'm much more than meets the eye. If you have any questions, someone out here will no doubt help you with whatever you need :3 I am so glad this site exists :) There are so many forums to read and itis lovely to finally be with people who understand. But when I first heard about asexuality I didn't know what it was, so I looked it up and thought "wow that really fits me."
