How do I describe my sexuality? I'm a tad confused

So I know for a fact that I like men and women. Plain and simple but the confusing bit is this. When it comes down to it I am just not interested in sex although I like to make my partner feel good and I love the bonding that's comes with it. Also I can look at someone and find them really really attractive or even see a sexual act in like a gif or something and feel like I'd like to do that then feel like I want to have sex but generally I don't care whether or not I have it. How should I describe my sexuality based on this?

Also I like to add that I really like that feeling that comes with having sex with my partner as he knows how to make me feel good but when it comes down to it I just don't either feel like having sex or I just don't want to. Sometimes it has to be a spur of the moment kind of thing and when I'm getting touched down there it feels awesome but otherwise I don't feel like I want to have sex but I do like making my partner feel good so I do it anyways

Aphia, I feel the same way you do, and I agree with Moon that gray a might be a good fit. It's confusing for me too to feel like it's so conditional and unstable, there's not a definite "yes I have sexual feelings" or "no I don't have them". It's good that you're recognizing your feelings and trying to make sense of them.
