If by aesthetic attraction, you mean stuff that I prefer to look at, it'd be women, sunset and artwork. If by aesthetic you mean that I can admit one looks good, male humans falls under there.

You took the words right out my moutth.

In American Beauty, Lester Burnham (played by Kevin Spacey) says, "There's so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing it all at once, and it's too much. My heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst. And then I remember to relax and stop trying to hold onto it, and then it flows through me like rain, and I can't feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life." I SO feel that quote; the world offers such a diverse assortment of aesthetically pleasing things, and they fill me with wonder! I sometimes have a tendency to stare...

I'm more likely to find females aesthetically attractive. The vast majority of males are dismissed as so-so. However when I do find the rare male aesthetically attractive, I usually find them much more pleasing to the eye than the many females.

The question said aesthetically pleasing (to look at, I assume) so I marked everything save human children. I can look at kittens or puppies for hours and admire their eyes or fur. Sunsets look lovely and give some nostalgia to the environment, giving warm colors to everything. I use artwork that I like as a screensaver for my iphone. And I love to watch people and check them out. If I find someone aesthetically pleasing to look at I could spend an entire hour looking at them.

If we are talking about aesthetic attraction, I only feel aesthetically attracted to human males and females by the way.

I did this too.

I answered as though the question were aesthetic attraction, not pleasing, because I misread the question >_<

I'm only aesthetically attracted to women, apart from B. Cumberbatch occasionally.

Genderless asexual that finds female humans (sometimes), puppies, kittens, flowers, sunsets, other baby animals, anime characters aesthetically pleasing.

With the gender question, there should be an 'unsure' option. I had to go with 'other'.

Cisgender asexual female. I find flowers, sunsets, and artwork the most aesthetically pleasing. If I were to rank them, both female and male humans would rank very lowly.

And before people call me out on saying "do you find Mario to be unattractive?", the difference is that he's a cartoon character.... He doesn't have the traits I find unappealing in normal humans like armpit hair, chest hair, acne, oily skin, veins, fingernails, germs...

Haha I was thinking it would be interesting if everyone ranked their selections sense it seems many people, myself included, marked everything! I agree and think I have some clear favorites and some clear not favorites that I can still appreciate.

I simply cannot believe how many people marked everything BUT children. Are you all telling me you have never seen a child with beautiful eyes or something? Plus they don't have wrinkles- although I do admit that I am fascinated with bodies in general so I may be biased to find them aesthetically pleasing as a result...

I also wanted to click on "non-binary" and "agender" but sigh that was not allowed... Oh well..

Interesting poll!

Everything but humans, flowers and kittens. Not that I hate them or anything, but I wouldn't spend ages looking at them or seek them out... Quite naturally the most gorgeous thing in existence is this:

I find it hilariously ironic that you used "naturally" and a car in the same sentence. Not that there's anything wrong with cars, it's just the wording.

I didn't mark everything except kids, but I don't really go ga-ga over kids like many others seem to. Most of the stuff they do that's "cute" to others is just gross/annoying to me.

I ticked everything except "artwork". I am very unmoved by visual art. If I ever am it's because it's a painting or picture of a beautiful place and it's the place I'm appreciating, not the picture in itself.

Others: ducklings and little chicks

Clarification on children: not all children at all. It's quite rare. Even rarer, babies. I occasionally will see a child and think they have a nice face or a nice infectious smile.

Clarification on humans: it's usually the expression that I notice. Not the actual features. I like smiles :)

I really do not like humans one bit. I also do not like cats. For me cats are the same as rats.

But i like dogs, and nature.

I avoid all human contact, and i am glad they think i am weird, the feelings mutual. Being two faced is something that is alien to me, but most humans are very two faced.

I found when i was younger, that people that made me feel comfortable, were just people that had an energy that made me feel comfortable. I did not care about looks(as caring about that really is about having a sex drive that i do not have and never did). So me how people looked did not matter to me, its about how they made me feel. Most make me feel like i do not want to be near them. Some were different, and you could not tell in advance whom could make you feel comfortable based on looks. For me it was all about energies, and probably why i went on to understand about aura things.

Given a choice between looking at people, and looking at the stars, the stars every time. In the country the stars have a glow to them, that is very compelling, not like they do in cities with light pollution. One day i may get a telescope, i can sure relate why humans loved to look at the heavens.

I just do not look at people, whether i had aspergers or not, i do not know, but i never really did. I always used how people made me feel when beside me, as a guide if i like them as humans, which rarely happened.

I always loved how, i knew if someone was just rotten. They have certain traits to them, and it does not take long for those traits to manifest in some way, even if they are trying to hide them.

Lmao I find everything but kids aesthetically pleasing. Kids are loud and cost a lot of money, so I've grown to not like them period

As far as humans go, males and females can look nice to me but I'm more attracted to non-binaries.

For animals, I like cats/kittens the most, puppies kinda and there are probably more I can think of but I'm too lazy. Giant bugs? RUNNNNN!!!

Sunsets/sunrises? Yep, pretty kewl, I kinda just stare for a while like I'm hypnotized.

Artwork: if moving, complex shapes and patterns combined with electronic music counts, then yep.

Other: (takes deep breath, knowing that a geek moment is imminent) Guns, especially assault rifles or light machine guns with stocks, vertical fore grips and sometimes extended barrels, scopes, mounted sights or under-mounted grenade launchers. While I'd never, ever want to be in the military or have any job where I might have to shoot someone under certain circumstances, I can play a Call of Duty game and just stare at the guns all day. :3

I ticked everything as I define aesthetically pleasing as different to aesthetic attraction. I can see that people are good looking, so I ticked those, but I can only think of one case of where I've experiences aesthetic attraction, and that was to a male. Puppies, kittens, flowers, sunsets and artwork because why not, but human children is a tricky one because I admit children can be cute (and by can, it's not a constant thing for me, because I find them annoying more often than not), but I'm not actually a fan of children.

I really don't understand your reasoning here since neither of those things effect how they look, which is what we're talking about. I can hate someone but still think they look good.

Anyway, I checked everything except for "Other humans". Not quite sure what that was referring to.
