Found it through the Amazon marketplace and I think the whole order was £5.39 including postage. It weighs as light as a feather so I don't imagine it'd be too expensive to ship them elsewhere on the planet. I managed to snag one for about 15 dollars, I believe? They also absorbed the shipping, they were a New Zealand company I think, but they were shipping the flags internationally, anywhere.
